Heidi Bannister – Managing Director

Heidi is truly passionate and enthusiastic about everything to do with cosmetics and toiletries. She spent many years in product and business development positions for manufacturers within the cosmetics and toiletries market and has a thorough understanding of all the disciplines involved from concept to shelf.

Initially training in hair and beauty, she won the student of the year award at the London College of Fashion and then went on to win the London Livewire business competition and secure 3i investment for a small manufacturing operation that she literally set up at the kitchen sink.

Heidi has worked in FMCG recruitment since 1998 and became MD of Arthur Edward in 2002.
