As an experienced marketing manager within the healthcare product sector you will be fully responsible for managing a portfolio of well-known consumer brands and a brand team.
This is exciting role will see you owning and directing the development of strategic, insight led, brand plans based on brand equity drivers which will exceed company profit targets and set the future direction for the brands. Using your market knowledge of consumer needs and habits within the categories your brands operate in to create actionable consumer insights.
You will direct your teams to create and execute the brand plans through the development of compelling communications and promotions that prompt the required consumer and customer response to hit targets.
You will work closely with NPD and R&D in the identification of new product concepts that address commercial opportunities for your brands, and maintain the innovation funnel.
As a senior manager in the company you will use you gleaming communication and man management skills to lead by example, and be responsible for creating a strong, energised, performance led marketing team who consistently achieve their goals.
