Working within the New Product Development department of this ground-breaking skin care company in all matters relating to product development and product lifecycle management from concept to shelf.
This is a busy role where your 3+ years’ experience in beauty brand / new product marketing NPD will assist you to identify, develop and commercialise new products and renovate core products to enhance the brand innovation. Driving your ideas from concept to shelf and dealing with all the hurdles in between ensuring they meet the company’s standards.
You will need to keep up-to-date with regulatory changes to be able to create and manage Substantiation Packs for all NPD and existing products where changes take place.You will then translate this into a consumer-friendly manner.
Your organisational and communication skills are on point to ensure development projects are delivered within the allocated timescales this includes liaising with suppliers and other teams to maintain awareness of key dates throughout development project.
You're dynamic with a methodical eye very much on current trends as well as the ability to think where you can take the brand in the longer term. You know what works and what wont.
