Commercial Development Manager
Have you experience as a National or Key Account Manager within the beauty, pharma or FMCG market selling into the top UK grocers?
Can you build long-term business relationships whilst keeping a close eye on the numbers?
With your tenacious personality you will deliver budgeted sales and profit growth, whilst developing operational and strategic business plans with your customers.
You will develop a 3-year strategic plan, identifying areas of current and future profitable growth that is both ambitious and achievable. You’re a tough negotiator to ensure you deliver sales, margin and profit targets and long-term success.
You know what consumers are looking for and what your competitors are doing, and this knowledge will be vital in accurately forecasting volume, sales and investment required.
Experience selling into and managing Boots, Superdrug, Tesco, Sainbury’s, Asda, Morrisons and Waitrose is essential.
