This is a busy role where your Product Development experience within beauty in beauty brand / new product marketing NPD will assist you to identify, develop and commercialise new products and renovate core products to enhance the brand innovation. Driving your ideas from concept to shelf and dealing with all the hurdles in between ensuring they meet the company’s standards. Liaising daily with all internal teams and external suppliers (Far East and Europe) to check on costings, budgets and brief progression.
Your organisational and communication skills are on point to ensure development projects are delivered within the allocated timescales, meet the brief, within budget and are of the expected high quality.
You constantly are using your eye very much on current trends and competitor activity to be able plan where you can take your brand in the longer term. You know what works and what won’t.
