Packaging Sales Manager

Experienced in Packaging or related Sales within the UK Cosmetic or FMCG Industry?
We are a dynamic team at the top of our game in all thing’s beauty packaging, working with most of the largest global cosmetic brands.
Innovation and creativity are the rule, not the exception; customer service is Key to develop great relationships, allowing you to present concepts and ideas and forecast strong growth for your brands.
You will put in place strategies and goals and work with both existing accounts as well as developing new business. Having worked in a very similar role your little black book is filled with contacts in the industry with major customers such as P&G, Boots, Avon, Coty, etc.
You must have a real passion for the beauty industry, be a team-player who can build strong customer relationships, adapting your approach to individual customers, identify, target and win new business.
You must understand the technical aspects of packaging and be able to work with our factories to develop new ideas based on market research, find solutions for your customer’s needs and manage the sales cycle from project planning through to the first and subsequent orders.
Good at number crunching you will manage sales budgets and increase profitability for your orders.
You will be based from home or the UK office in South East England and travel extensively visiting customers and attending trade fairs.
